The AllCap Participation Fund is pleased to announce that Joel Flig has been appointed its President. Formed in 2007, AllCap was founded by Clay Tramel, former owner of Allied Affiliated Funding, which recently sold to Axiom Bank, N.A. AllCap provides direct funding for companies creating the right capital solution for their business, from receivables financing to term loan opportunities as well as participating with other financial institutions. Flig is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization and continuing to grow the overall fund and portfolio.
Flig transitions into his new role after helping build Allied Affiliated Funding for a successful sale to Axiom Bank, N.A. Prior to his ten years with Allied, Flig was the Executive Vice President for Greystone Business Credit and has been in the commercial finance business for nearly 40 years. His career highlights include founding an investment banking firm, holding executive level business development roles including an asset based lending group and managing a full sales team, and serving on several credit committees and boards in a senior capacity for various banking institutions. Flig obtained his BBA in Finance from Baruch College.
“We are excited that Joel has agreed to stay on with AllCap to grow and expand our company,” said Tramel. “We’re eager to restart our fund and build something together again, leveraging our funding capacity with his decades of experience in helping entrepreneurs fund their businesses in times of growth, or when they hit bumps in the road.” Flig added, “This partnership will give us even more opportunity to broaden our horizons to new and more creative financing options for business owners.”
AllCap will continue its emphasis on factoring and receivables financing, asset based lending, inventory and equipment loans, participations and hard money real estate transactions with credit facilities from $250,000 up to $20,000,000.
